We built Lang Thang the way we’d build a friend’s living room — exposed brick, warm wood, string lights overhead and a lantern on every table. It’s the kind of room that quiets you down a little when you step in. Doors open at six. Coffee goes down, plates of đồ nhậu come out, the stage glows, and Kitchener for a few hours starts feeling like Saigon at 10 PM. The music is always free. We make our living from the drinks and food — so come for the song, and stay as long as you’d like.
